We are looking for an organised professional to manage customer enquiries, quotations, orders, supplier coordination and delivery follow-ups. The candidate will also support the configuration and maintenance of ERPNext or a similar ERP system.
About the role
ARAGON is an international industrial robotics and electronics specialist with more than 60 years of experience and customers in over 30 countries. ARAGONROBOTICS PRIVATE LIMITED supports Indian industries with KUKA and ABB robot spare parts, electronics repair, refurbished robots and technical services. The role involves coordinating with customers, suppliers, procurement, inventory, the technical workshop and accounts. Responsibilities
- Process customer enquiries, quotations and sales orders. - Coordinate technical questions with customers and the technical team. - Follow up with suppliers regarding prices, availability and delivery times. - Check stock availability and coordinate purchasing and dispatch. - Manage spare-part, robot and repair orders from enquiry to invoicing. - Maintain customer, supplier, product and order data. - Configure and maintain ERPNext or a similar ERP system. - Track open orders and keep customers informed about delivery status. - Support invoice preparation and payment follow-ups. - Help improve internal sales and order-processing workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field. - MBA is an advantage but not mandatory. - 2-5 years of experience in order processing, inside sales, procurement or customer coordination. - Experience with ERPNext or a similar ERP system. - Good written and spoken English. - Good communication skills in Hindi and Telugu are mandatory. - Organised, responsible and comfortable working with technical products and part numbers. - Experience in industrial equipment, electronics, automation or spare parts is an advantage.
